Welcome to Sarovar Developers. These terms govern your engagement with our architecture, turnkey construction, and premium interior design services in Indore. By visiting our site, request-booking consultations, or contracting our team, you agree to these standard business terms.
Project consultations and site visits
We offer initial consults to understand your home design or commercial space layout. While our discussions cover ideas, site visits, and specifications, our professional services only start once we sign a detailed work agreement. We charge a nominal site visit fee for locations outside Indore, which is fully adjusted against your project booking amount when civil or interior work starts.
Payment milestones and financials
Booking and commencing civil works or premium renovations require a clear, phased payment schedule. We structure payments against completed milestones—such as foundation casting, brickwork, slab completion, plastering, and final finishes. All payments must be cleared within seven days of milestone billing to prevent work suspension at the Indore site.
Bespoke architectural and design intellectual property
Our design-led firm puts deep expertise into creating bespoke space layouts and elevation facings. All drawings, structural concepts, and 3D walkthroughs remain our creative property. We grant you a licence to use these designs solely for the specific building or plot agreed in our contract. You may not sell, replicate, or reuse these blueprints for other properties without our written approval. We also retain the right to take photographs and videos of the finished spaces for our public portfolio, protecting client confidentiality by withholding exact names or sensitive directions.
Design revisions and client sign-offs
Bespoke architecture and interior plans require absolute alignment. We provide up to three structural design iterations and elevation revisions as part of our standard booking. Additional design revisions or major post-approval layout changes will attract designer consultation fees. Construction will only start once you sign off on final working drawings.
Phased construction and material specifications
We believe in premium standards and considered design. We list all material specs—from Italian marble grades to wood species and paint brands—directly in our contract schedules. We never use cheap alternatives or cut corners. If a chosen brand experiences supply line shortages in Indore, we recommend equivalent or higher-tier substitutes. We only make substitutions after obtaining your written signature, ensuring complete pricing and material clarity.
Municipal approvals and site access
Obtaining building approvals, town planning permissions, and power connections from Indore municipal corporations is the client’s legal responsibility. Our team supports you by preparing standard structural blueprints and architectural elevation plans needed for these filings. The client must also ensure our civil teams and material transporters have safe, clear, and unrestricted access to the work site during working hours.
Timelines, extensions, and force majeure
We plan projects in clean, logical civil stages. However, residential builds and luxury home renovations involve complex coordinate plans that can be delayed by external factors. Delays from heavy monsoon rain, local festival holidays, material supply hold-ups, or delayed municipal sanctions will extend our target timelines. We track these adjustments transparently and share progress updates in writing so you always know where your project stands.
Defect liability and structural warranty
We provide a five-year warranty on structural engineering and civil construction integrity. For premium interiors and turnkey fittings, individual manufacturer warranties apply. Our defect liability period extends for six months post-handover, during which our team rectifies any minor settlement issues or plumbing adjustments promptly.
Agreement termination and refunds
Either party may terminate the project agreement by giving fifteen days of written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for paying all civil works completed and materials procured up to the notice date. Already custom-made items, such as modular kitchen cabinets or bespoke joinery, are non-refundable once production starts.
Governing law and dispute resolution
Our business relationship stands on trust and mutual respect. Any dispute arising from our services will first be addressed through direct, friendly talks to find a fair solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, legal proceedings will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and will be governed by Indian laws.
